HOW TO TAKE PART
The London T100 Triathlon is one of the largest city centre triathlons in the world, and accommodates everyone from professional triathletes to those trying their hand for the first time!
The distance options range from:
• T100: 2 km swim, 80 km bike, 18 km run
• Olympic: 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
• Sprint: 0.75 km swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
You can take part on your own or get a team together to tackle the challenge – it’s totally up to you.
If you are interested in taking part, first you will need to register your interest for the event directly on the T100 Website. You can also get in touch with our Supporter Care & Admin Assistant Craig at Craig@WeSeeHope.org.uk for more information!
